Order
If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it within 2 hours of placement through your account page. If the cancellation button is disabled, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page.
Please note that once an order is packed, we cannot guarantee modifications. If a discount code was used, the original code cannot be reused, but you may contact us for a replacement code.
Your order details will be sent to you via email. If you create an account, you can also view your order status and payment status anytime on your account page.
Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location:
- Continental U.S.: $6.99 (FREE on orders over $79.99)
- Alaska & Hawaii: $19.99 (FREE on orders over $149.99)
The final shipping cost and any applicable sales tax will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.
For the Continental U.S., delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take 5–10 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
We work quickly to fulfill orders, so we are unable to change your shipping address or modify your order once it has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure accuracy.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at cs@yuvela.us. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet entered the packing stage. Please note that Yuvela US is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand our shipping regions in the future!
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us via our Contact Page or emailing cs@yuvela.us.
We provide full refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Yuvela US will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We cover 100% of the return shipping costs in these cases.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please ensure you report any issues to cs@yuvela.us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Both the manufacturing (MFG) and expiration (EXP) dates are clearly printed on the product packaging.
